Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump are going to be in New York to testify

The Trump Organization and Vice President Eric Isaad Will Testify at the New York Courthouse Electoral Tribunal on Wednesday (Thursday)

Trump was already fined $5,000 for violating the same gag order after a Truth Social post about the judge’s clerk was made and stayed on the Trump campaign website.

An article in Forbes magazine sheds light on the discrepancy. Weisselberg testified that he didn’t pay attention to this specific property. He said he couldn’t remember whether he discussed the financial statements with Trump as they were finalized.

According to documents shown during the trial, the Trump Tower triplex was marked as being almost 11,000 square feet in 1994, not the 30,000 square feet that appears on financial statements used in later years.

Weisselberg, a witness in the trial, testified earlier in the trial. He is accused of signing off on fraudulent statements.

But Cohen’s past convictions, which include lying under oath to Congress and to a bank, along with his former guilty pleas to tax evasion and breaking campaign finance laws, were brought up by both the attorney general’s and Trump’s lawyers.

Cohen said that he and Allen Weisselberg were to reverse-engineer the asset classes in order to achieve the numbers that Trump wanted.

The family will answer questions before New York Judge Arthur Engoron, who is presiding over the trial. The Trump Organization was found to have committed fraud. However, several issues remain to be resolved at trial, including whether the fraud was committed on purpose and how much of a penalty should be paid if the defendants are found liable.

The former president is expected to testify for the first time in any of his pending trials next week, making him the first former president to testify publicly in a trial.

His testimony is expected to be followed by that of his younger brother Eric, another vice president of the family’s landmark business, as soon as Thursday.

Donald Trump Jr. will give testimony in the New York County Supreme Court on Thursday.
