How will Trump pay his millions of dollars in legal fines?

James wants the gun rights group to be hit with a host of financial penalties, and new restrictions that could affect their operations permanently.

There are no allegations of fraud, waste, or looting made by the NRA that the concerns driving the investigation were not real.

The lawsuit was part of a “witch hunt” designed to weaken and silence the conservative advocacy group James is a part of.

The next test for James’ crusading legal approach will be the trial in the National Rifle Association corruption trial.

She had a dedicated team of lawyers who build strong cases, making her able to take on these very high-powered men, Democrats and Republicans alike.

Greer noted that James’ lawsuits are all tested in court, before judges or juries. Powerful defendants can show that their cases are flawed or biased.

Christina Greer, a political scientist at the City College of New York who has studied James’ career, said it’s common for prosecutors to take firm public positions, sometimes controversial ones, on policy and the law.

James said that the case had never been about politics or personal vendettas. The facts and the law are at the center of the case.

The issue of Letitia James: How she and Andrew Cuomo were confronted with her office’s sex harassment probe

James did briefly run for governor after Cuomo’s resignation, but her campaign faltered. She had won a second term as state attorney general after withdrawing from the governor’s race.

“It is all about what works for Letitia James and what doesn’t”, said Rich Azzopardi, an adviser to Cuomo. “It has nothing to do with the responsibilities of the office. I’ve never seen an attorney general who was more political.

The members of Andrew Cuomo’s inner circle have accused James of using her office’s sexual harassment probe to force him out of office.

“When James was running for office, I wrote that I thought there were serious ethical problems with a prosecutor really trying to secure office on the pledge to nail one person,” Turley said. “This a trophy pledge that ‘I’m going to bag Donald Trump.’”

Jonathan Turley spoke on the issue of James doing things in a way that wasn’t right.

“They’re going in with a predetermined agenda and making that a campaign promise,” said Fox News personality Sean Hannity in October on the TV channel. Does that sound like justice?

The Corrupt Attorney General is a Giant Slayer: The New York State’s Attorney General Willis Testifies Against Donald Trump

Trump has been indicted in four states on a number of criminal charges. He’s scheduled to be back in a New York court for the first of those trials next month.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is pursuing criminal charges against Trump because of allegations that he tried to change the results of the presidential election in Georgia.

In recent years, Trump has used his legal troubles to raise money for his reelection, and to argue that he is being unfairly targeted by the political left.

Trump referred to James as a “white trash” and accused her of being a “fraud” in a posting on his Truth Social site.

The evidence produced shows that Donald Trump and his family were personally enriched by the illegal activity of other people.

Michael Cohen, the President’s former lawyer, testified before Congress about his dealings with Trump.

Despite agreeing to portions of the settlement, Trump fired back, denying wrongdoing and complaining he was being “attacked by the political hacks in New York State.”

“These damages speak to the president’s abuse of power,” James said in a statement, adding that “no one is above the law … not even the president of the United States.”

During her first year in office, James successfully pursued her first civil lawsuit against Trump, filed initially by her predecessor, alleging he misused donations given to his charitable organization. The Trump foundation was dissolved after he paid $2 million.

“We have a totally corrupt attorney general,” Trump said during a news conference Friday at his Mar-a-Lago property in Palm Beach, Fla., and he promised to appeal.

James has built a reputation as a giant-slayer after only five years as the New York state’s attorney general.

A Brooklyn native and a graduate of Howard University School of Law, she wasn’t widely known outside New York City, where she served on the City Council and later in the largely ceremonial role of public advocate.

The Art of the Steal: Donald Trump’s Claims in the New York Criminal Court, a First Circuit Court Judge’s Decision

She said the scale of Donald Trump’s fraud was staggering and that he believed the rules did not apply to him.

James said that Trump “mastered the art of the steal” at a news conference after the ruling was issued.

New York Attorney General Letitia James, whose office brought the case, said in a statement that when interest is factored in, Trump and other defendants owe more than $450 million overall — an amount “which will continue to increase every single day” until the judgment is paid.

But, Alexander said, “When you get into a general election, will people say, ‘Wait a second, this is a guy who owes half of a billion dollars in legal penalties, maybe he’s not the right guy to run the country’?”

Trump has shown his supporters aren’t deterred by his legal problems, with his sweeps of early Republican primaries and his large lead in nationwide polls.

He points out that despite being worth more than anyone else, Trump has not put any of his own money into his campaigns.

A professor at the William & Mary Law School who has studied Trump’s finances says all of that may result in $600 million in penalties.

That “obviously limits the universe of potential financers for things like the bond, but also for additional financing for any of the Trump ventures,” Wheaton explained.

He also temporarily banned Trump and his two eldest sons from leading their own businesses or applying for financing from any institution that does business in New York.

The judge approved the continued oversight of an independent monitor, a formal federal judge who basically has veto power over many Trump Organization actions, and required it to hire a new compliance officer.

A GoFundMe Campaign against Donald Trump’s $355 Million Fraud Judgment Using an Attorney’s Credibility

There are two civil cases decided in New York where former president Donald Trump owes hundreds of millions of dollars.

The short answer is that Trump’s career is tied to his politics, so he will either have other entities post a bond on his behalf or pay himself.

Even though Trump plans to appeal both rulings, he still needs to meet appeal bond requirements within 30 days of each verdict, Wheaton told NPR’s Morning Edition.

The 30 day appeal clock is running on the Carroll judgement because it was entered a week ago. “Both of these judgments have a potential impact on his cash.”

Dan Alexander, a Forbes editor who has tracked Trump’s wealth over the years, said liquid assets would be the first thing to be sold. It doesn’t take a strong mathematician to see that the penalties he is facing aren’t enough to pay.

Now some of Trump’s supporters are donating specifically to help pay his $355 million fraud judgment, via a GoFundMe page created by Elena Cardone, the wife of investor Grant Cardone.

The backlash on social media was due to the fact that the fundraiser had made nearly $700,000. GoFundMe responded to those calls on Monday by saying the fundraiser is “within our terms of service.”

High-tops as a signature of Trump’s campaign on the campaign of the 2016 Kloosterholtz e-washing

On Saturday, the day after the verdict, Trump showed up at a Sneaker conference in Philadelphia to present a line of gold high-tops, his latest in a line of Trump-branded goods.

Further complicating matters was the judge in the fraud case who placed restrictions on Trump’s business practices.
